I just installed a Gisselle DMR trigger in my AR (Bushmaster lower, Larue 16" upper). Highly reccomend this trigger for ARs. I set it at 50 oz first stage, 13 oz second stage. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but it feels great dry firing it.
The trigger comes with great instructions and almost all the tools you need to install it. I was going to try to stick with single stage triggers on all my guns, but the 2 stage seems to be the way to go to get a crisp, light pull on a semi.
