Gitzo 3 series (with four leg sections) with RRS TA-3 with Arca AND picatinny rail lever clamp. Gitzo is older model, unknown exact Model number.

Legs at full length on first notch (as pictured) puts the base of the arca rail at 57 7/8” from ground. Weight is 4 lb 11 oz like you see it.
