I am going to purchase the Glock 21 Short Frame, and would also like to put a good tac lite on it so I have a couple of questions. I know the 21 is a big gun, but how easily can you conceal it, and which holster works the best for the job?
Additionally, I want to put a good tac-lite on it such as the Surefire XM300 but it is expensive as hell so if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to guide me in the right direction. I would also need another holster (possibly) to carry the gun with a tac-lite attached.
Thanks for the help.

How easily you can conceal it will depend on your body frame and what you wear, and just how "concealed" you want to be. I don't carry with my light attached, only a flashlight in the pocket. I'm usually at the house at night, so I don't really need the attached light while I'm carrying and only put it on at night when it comes out of the holster and beside the bed. If I'm out at night, the flashlight (single 123 with 120 lumen) and tritium sights are sufficient for my needs to protect myself and my family. Your needs may vary and that is for yourself to assess.

For an OWB holster with light, take a look at the Kaluban Cloak or Raven line. Doorkicker has a good thread on them here, and the Raven also have a IWB model:

Summertime I opt for an untucked loose print shirt and an IWB holster for my Sig or G19. Winter I move to a paddle, but then I have a coat on. Match your clothing style to your carry and concealment needs, but if I see someone with a jacket on in July in the south it screams CC to me.

As for the light, the SF are excellent but if you're on a budget the Insight or Streamlight brands are also good options. I've used all three and while the SF is the clear winner IMO, the others are more than sufficient, even for duty use. Just make sure it is LED.

Redmanss pretty much answered it. I have carried my 21SF IWB in a Galco Scout (thats what I had) and it was fine. Not as easy as something smaller and I had to go up to a size larger t-shirt but doable. If you are going to carry IWB with the light attached the go with the Surefire light, its a little thinner than the Streamlight which should help with concealment. Otherwise the TLR-1 is a good light as well.
