I had my 60th birthday yesterday and the wife surprised me with a great gift. We don't usually go big on birthday gifts, but she surprised me with this one.

It's a 1987 Gold Constitution Coin. I great looking coin in my opinion.

I'll give you 5 dollars for it, AND I'll pay shipping, too!

Well it is legal tender and the US government says it's worth exactly that. So I guess we have a deal.

Shipping will be $525. Send me your address and I'll pack it up and will ship it after payment arrives. BTW, I only take cash delivered by a 59 year old nun carrier, while riding a donkey after having palm leaves spread along her entire path.

    Thanks you for your business.

I love gifts like that for significant occasions. Very nice.

I gave my wife an ancient Roman coin that had been in my family for years. I set it in a bezel (not peramnently) and gave it to her when I graduated school. She worked while I went to school full time. Been married 30 years this year so I guess she will keep me.

Congrats on the education and the marriage. Neither seem to be as important in today's world.

Very nice, I received a very nice graded silver dollar for Christmas one year from my BIL, it was very much a surprise and was also a great gift.

I used to collected coins but, and stacked some bullion but it had been a while.

I just picked up a pair of 1/10 GAEs with my kids birth years, and a couple mercury dimes that were 100 years older. I plan on mounting them into pistol grips, or a stock some day for them.
