I have this condition - I think it started from excessive pullup workout. I did the 150 pullup workout from crossfit one day, felt great the next, and did it again just for kicks (because I'm a moron). Then it started acting up shortly after that. I'm going to try not curling my arm up as much when I sleep. Now that I think of it, when I sleep curled up, the next day absolutely sucks.
Off-topic - I finished jump 18 - going on to Cat G. License still 2 years in the making come February. At least this elbow issue isn't slowing me down yet.
Mackdrvr - if you solve this issue, let me know - I've done a lot of phys therapy, stretching, icing, etc. The best I manage is low impact high repetition stuff, and I generally only get a twinge of pain every now and then in certain movements.
