I am pretty new to shooting. I have done some plinking and steel target work a bunch of times over the summer with some friends and absolutely love it. Hearing lead on steel targets is like music to my ears (as odd as that may sound?). That said, I tend to be extremely analytical and to do a lot of research on everything for which I am interested. As such, I just picked up a new rifle (my first) and will reading a lot on SH about optics before I settle on one as well as everything and anything I can learn to make me a more effective shooter. I am here to learn and contribute whenever I can. Thank you for any help/advice etc. you can throw my way - it is much appreciated!
