What are some good powder dispensers I'm thinking around 150.00 but open to others in the higher price range.

The Reddings with the baffles seem to work pretty well for the money.
If you can spend more, look at the RFD from Sinclair Intl.

I've had a Harrell's Premium since they first came out. Wonderful workmanship. I also have a MS Excel spreadsheet for quick setting changes that I'll send to anyone that has a need for it.
