Honestly I am about as quick on my bolt gun as I am with an AR. By the time that heavy bolt carrier slams around and I get back on target the bolt is just about as fast. PLUS on busy nights where I am shooting 100rnds or more and it is dusty I don't have to worry about my gun jamming. This night we ran into 4 groups like this and my buddy ran through like 60rnds and his old AR bolt was getting drier than a popcorn fart and his AR wasn't happy. But ya it sounds like I am working a 70s Peterbilt trying to get on the hwy.
