i traded off my piece of junk "Colt Air-Soft" Umarex .22LR.

i hope no one else falls prey to this joke of a rifle.

the S&W M&P15-22 - A1 Style Comp is in my opinion THE best AR-15 style .22LR rifle anyone can buy.

Congrats on the new toy.

I've been thinking about picking one of these up. I like that it has all the same controls as a centerfire AR. I'd like to hear how you like it after you've had it out to the range a few times.

Yeah stay away from the colt, I had one and it was very cheaply made and the magazine was huge! Although it cycled fine and accuracy was ok, you can definitely tell it was a .22. I prefer the RUGER Sr22, it really has some weight to it and you can tune the trigger like any one of my other 10-22's.

you betcha my friend, the earliest i can get away is Thursday, i have 6 full mags of mixed .22LR, i took a box of Win "Super-X", a box of CCI Mini Mags, a box of Federal AE22, Remington HiVel and a box of "Centurion" dumped them into bigger box, mixed them and loaded the mags, i want to test it's ability to fire anything fed to it, i personally see no need to rapid fire, as there are no reason for that in a practical situation.

well..., my friend, right now i am going to use the "irons" for a while, a 4X may be in the future.

I put one of the Burris 2-7x32 FFII tactical scopes on my MP-22. Does pretty good. Let us know how your's shot.

I've shot the S&W and the Sig 522 and prefer the Sig 522. Just MHO.
