My DIP 25 base comes in probrably tomorrow for my tr and now I have to order a EGW base and some rings for my .308 since the scope hits the barrel

I had good luck out of cci standard velocity, it's a good place to start. I can get moa about 3 out of 5 -five shot groups with it.

Cheap ammo blows all over the place.

Looks good. I would buy a new TR if I hadn't just gotten my Mark II barrel chopped and threaded. I sure do like the bolt handle though, gotta figure out how to get that bolt knob on mine.

The Vortex Crossfire scopes are one of the best values out there--good choice!!!
