26” M24 Kreiger 1:7 barrel chambered in 6XC by Robert Gradous.
A perfect storm of extra work, injury, and house remodel has basically killed all my free time for the foreseeable future. The few chances I’ll get the rest if the year, I’ll just run my factory 6.5 barrel and factory ammo.
Barrel has 630 rounds. On it. 500 115 DTAC, 100 110 SMK, and 30 SMK 107’s. Each shoots great with the 1:7 barrel.
I’m also including 300+ Norma 6XC brass, it’s all twice fired and I just cleaned and annealed every piece. I had 15 pieces from the Tubb 6XC brass sampler pack, and picked the Norma and bought 300 from OTM). 5 are already sized.
I also have the Tubb FL sizing die which is one of the best designed I’ve ever used, as well as the Tubb Redding ‘custom’ 6XC micrometer seating die (he uses a cut down 308 stem to get more contact on the bullet surface). These will be available to the buyer for an additional cost. If the buyer doesn’t want them, I’ll sell them separate.
$450 for the barrel with the blended muzzle capand 300+ Norma brass.
$525 for the barrel with the blended cap, TBAC suppressor mount/brake,and 300+ Norma brass.
The barrel was somewhere around $895, brass was $320’ish, and the brakes are $120. So here’s a chance to save some money.
One of Tubb’s techs told me these things last 2,500 rounds. I think that’s generous, but there’s plenty of life left in this thing.
PM me with any questions.
TRADES:
Bartline 5r .243/6mm blank 1:7 twist that can be finished at 26"
New Lapua 6BR brass
Berger 105 Hybrids
Other 6 Dasher components.
Thanks guys.
