Graffunder safes: made by Sage Safe?

I’m interested in a Graffunder safe. While I was checking out the website I read that safes are built by Sage Safe Company, LLC. Was Graffunder sold to Sage?

I read that <span style="font-weight: bold">"Today, that tradition still continues at the manufacturing plant of Sage Safe Co., LLC."</span>

I could not find information on Sage like when they bought out Graffunder, if that’s the case. Where the safes were made before as opposed to now and whether same employees that built for Graffunder build for Sage.

So did Sage buy the name Graffunder or what?
