I just got a sales flyer from Graf & Sons. If you buy any 5 2.2 lb. containers of Rex powders, they pay the hazmat fee. They're also advertising a number of other powders, brass, etc.
I don't use or know anything about Rex powders but for those who like them, this would be a good deal. It would also appear that the reloading component crunch is also coming to an end.
