Both internal forend weights, 2x gray ops external small, 2x gray ops external long, and screws necessary to attach it all together in the manner I have shown in the picture. The external weights are actually technically installed upside down in the pic. I’ve got the rear matrix weight as well (I’ll just throw it in but most folks don’t use it).
