Greybow ridgeback or chassis for vudoo? And why?

You can adjust the buttpad vertically along with fine tuning the balance point by adding or subtracting weight. Depending on the chassis you can also adjust the grip to get your trigger finger at the proper angle.

Thanks,i have the ridgeback and so far is perfect, i think because i have the McMillan a5 on 4 other center fire rifles and love them, the reason i was asking us because 2-3 years ago i bought a ruger RPR rimfire and it was a PC of shit, i have buddies that have the mdt? Or the mpa? They seem to be good for them was just curious thanks.

I have 2 Ridgeback stocks and just ordered my Vudoo with one. I really like that stock with the added Sawtooth Rifles ARCA rail on it. I had McRee Chassis years ago on all my 700s & got out of shooting for a while. The MPA chassis are nice I just don’t like the COLD Metal in the winter shooting months.

The biggest benefits of a chassis as far as ergonomics go will be grip, buttstoock adjustability and weight. For me the biggest benefits of a stock are appearance and rifle handling when not shooting. Stocks are much easier to sling carry and fit into cases.

I went with the sawtooth arca rail, and a warne skyline bipod, so far so good, shot a nrl match with it, did better than I thought I would but still had some manipulation of the bolt issues and just over all getting use to it,its really like shooting my centerfire rifles, without the boom,,,lol i think it's great, i just need to shoot it ,it only has about 300 rnds through it. I don't think I will be looking at a chasis system anytime soon, it just fits and feels like my other boom sticks. It is worth the wait and $$$ glad i did it, now my wife wants one.

Yes they are been doing them since they started, way cheaper than center fire, but enjoy those matches as well, and so far so good with the skyline, haven't had to utilize it yet for any tricky c.o.f.
