Was joking about my Savage in another thread and thought you might want to see some of the trailer park.... and do realize it is an ongoing project that still needs finish work.....

I have made extensive mods to a Boyd's stock fitted to my 110 Tactical. But the mod in the pics is what I have done to the grip. This all started with a thumb shelf and a crazy idea to support my trigger finger all the way to the trigger.... Why? Ever since I was a kid I have a shake, nothing I can do about it but adapt...

Supporting my trigger finger eliminates the shake and allows me to run a very light trigger pull (last time I checked I have the standard Accutrigger down to about 12 oz.) And being able to steady my shake makes this extremely effective. Gun regularly shoots 1/2 moa or better at 200 yards, bigger groups are usually my fault... still learning.

The screw and seam you can see are for removal of a section for access to my bottom metal. That bottom metal is another part of the trailer park, yes it is 3/16 and 1/4 in mild steel arc welder together.... subject for another thread....

She is not pretty but definitely fits like a glove....
