1st: that article is almost 3 years old
2nd: wyoming is 53.8% which means approx 337,000 people have guns (yet we dont know how many guns those people actually have)
California is 19.8% which means approx 7,989,000 people own guns.
I hope you can see how MSM is trying to show how "gun control" works.

Do you really thing that because Wyoming is over 50% armed they have even a snow balls chance in hell against California who is only 19.8% armed.

In general i hate "per capita statistics". If you do a little more research you will find that Wyoming is also the most dangerous state to live in. Based on "per capita" stats.

Their methodology is so totally bogus as to be laughable.
I would bet actual gun ownership is probably at least double for quite a few states.

I'd suggest that the larger proportion of gun owners have never bothered with NFA stuff and probably most post try their best for good reason to make sure they are not on a list of owners if they can legally avoid being on such in communist states.

This also doesn't probably include all the criminals who are armed, or those who may not be able to go buy a gun who none the less have something hidden in case somebody comes for them.

The statistics mean les than nothing . Why ? Constitutional Republic not a Democracy . Inalienable right bestowed by the Creator , Shall Not Be Infringed .
Convene a Convention of the States and then maybe , nah fuck off . See inalienable , bestowed by creator . This is why we need to not just instill and instruct our children about firearms and the truth . We need to infect every person we can with some 2A .

Yeah, I agree. There’s no way this is correct. Everyfrikkinbody in Louisiana owns a gun, or multiple guns. I don’t think I know anybody who doesn’t own one. Even my far left lib-commie friends and acquaintances own guns. It’s just part of being a Southerner.

Tell your commies theyre killing children. Their party even says so.

41. Hawaii: 45.1%

Your first clue that there's an "issue" with this statistic analysis. One of if not the most controlled and easiest to control states is 9th highest in gun ownership? Even based on the methodology ,% of people owning guns, is questionable.

Fake news. When I was getting my concealed carry renewal a few years back, here in Ohio, I asked the deputy how many people in our county have permits. He chuckled and said, “All if them”. 19.8% for Ohio is false.
