testing the waters here and putting up my beloved Haenel RS8 for sale in 308. The Haenel RS8 was recently adopted as the new bolt action rifle of the german army.

Rifle has an adjustable 1.75 pound 2 stage trigger. I like it more than AI trigger. Action feels like a bank vault and the rifle screams teutonic mighty steel. Stock is very dense, well made, and comfortable, unlike a blaser tac 2.
There were only 3 of them imported to Canada and none that I know of imported to the US. Rifle is one of the first 100 ever made and is the fixed stock civilian variant.
here is a quick overview:
Rifle has been babied ever since I got it. round count is 260 Federal gold medal match 175gr hpbt. Has a small ding on the finish on the left side of the barrel .
Rifle comes with the original muzzle brake threaded to accept B&T Suppressors, also has a thread protector. Also has integrated monopod,
Not sure if the company will ever import any more to North America so this is definitely a nice find to add to someone's collection.
