Half side truck vaults

Hi Guys/Girl and anyone the fits one of the new 33 genders....

I see that you can order truck vaults with only 1 drawer instead of 2. I really want to get a magnum, but I am not prepared to sacrifice the entire bed, so the half would solve all my problems. Has anyone here got on, seen one or tried one?

I do not have the half bed magnum but a full bed standard 2-drawer, simplex lock with key. Best investment I've made for my vehicle.

With a topper (with tinted windows) you can't tell it's back there. No more carrying stuff into/out of hotels when traveling. Lock the topper, lock the tailgate and sleep peacefully.

Yes, it takes away bed capacity. Do you already have a topper? Depending on what a person also wants to put in the bed a taller topper might be advisable (I do wish I had gone that route).

Unless you go with the all-weather line you'll need to protect it with a topper anyways.

The Truck Vault is also just a deterrent. My opinion is that if a thief can tell it's in there they may be wiling to try to get into it or rip it out. The half bed model stands out more and would be easier to pry out than a full bed model.
