Night Vision HALO LR questions while im waiting for mine

Still waiting on mine to get in stock but had a few questions.

How often do you have the NUC the unit?

Do you leave the unit on to keep core warm to reduce having to NUC more often?

Does on/off drain battery?

Whats battery life like with CR123?

Is there a way to get finer adjustments other than 1 moa?

I calibrate mine on start up like recommend and leave it running on the walk out and during the entire calling sequence with no issues. Battery life with 123s has been terrible for me. I am lucky to get 2 hours tops and some nights only an hour before needing changed, it’s most common for me to be out calling in temps well below zero though. I am not sure if startup burns through more battery then standard run time though. As far as the adjustments go I haven’t learned of a way to lessen the shift. However getting a good solid 100 yard zero has not been an issue.
