I have an Aero and a superlativen arms. I would prefer not to use the arrow but it might barely fir under my handguard 1.35 internal diameter. I am going to have to shoot it to find out if it works. Any one running a .875 low pro block under a handgaurd?

I've found that .875 lo-pro blocks under the Aero ATALS-S/R handguards still contact the inside of the handguard under recoil. Took me two barrels to figure out why I had so many uncalled fliers...but accuracy was usually around 1.5 - 2 MOA even still. Fortunately I kept my barrels. My fix was to go back to a .750.

There's a decent chance you will run into this unless you're using the enhanced handguard. Those run an .875 just fine, and I have one of those too.

Which style SA .875" Adj. GB ?

Geissele mk4 and mk 8 will clear the SA .875 clamp on. And a grinder on the gas block bottom and screw heads after it's on adds a little more clearance if needed

A couple 5 shot groups. The second one is the one with all shots in the circle. But that's 8 out of 10 on a dime. More actually because zeroing i put two right in center before group shooting.

I am neither convinced its not hitting nor do I see anything that makes me suspect it is. I will have to shoot it more and see. Circles are about 3/4". 24" WOA 20 Practical. That about 10 shots after a full scrub down. I don't think the previous owner must have had a 20cal cleaning rod. 🤣🤣🤣

I have never done the barrel to handguard squeeze test on an upper that felt as stiff as this one. It doesn't have very much gas block clearance but you have to squeeze it hard to get it it to hit in most directions. I have several gas blocks I have ground the bottom to clear and a couple handguards I have reached into to some with a file to relive a little bit. I will put another hundred or so through it and see if it has rub marks or lots of fliers.

My experience so far with the 20 practical has been that's its really easy to load for and shoot. I am interested to see how velocity compares to my 18".
