I've tried almost every brand and type of rimfire ammunition.
At least 50 shots across a chronograph at 200 yards and posted the results.
If you'd like to compare 22lr here's the link...
I think I've come up with a useful scenario...maybe. 50 shots at 200 yards, rimfire, whatever setup makes you happy. 22lr, 17 hmr, 22wmr, 17hm2, 17wsm, all brands, all types. Full benchrest setup, bipod, bags or one-piece test rest, it doesn't matter. Grab a chunk of cardboard, about...

SK Magazine is bulk ammo.
SK Standard + is bulk in a 50 round box.
SK Match flavors are midgrade 22lr with some batches much better than others.
I have shot 13 different types of ammo out of my Tikka. It shoots better than any other Ammo. I have tried federal match, hv match, CCI standard, sk rifle match, sk standard plus, lapua center x, Remington sub sonic, target, goldenbullet and many other ones. Sk rifle match was best for me.

LP, best 22lr results so far we're with Eley Match and SK Biathlon Sport.
Just with those particular boxes.
Rimfire production quality is not a constant.
It varies during it's time of manufacture.
Even though it is made in the same factory on the same machines
minor changes in chemistry and assembly can cause major differences in results.
We have no control over the production,
every purchase is a roll of the dice.
Don't get fixated on brand, only ammo quality and the results are important.
This week it may be Tenex or Midas+,
next week it could be RWS R50 or SK Pistol Match.
Welcome to the rimfire ammo lottery.

Thanks for the info! I have a Tikka T1X and have so far tested SK Standard Plus, Rifle Match, Polar Biathlon, and Eley Match Biathlon. Only been doing it at 100 yards as that's the max for NRL22 competition.
My 6x5's @ 100 are about 1-1.1" SK Standard Plus, 1" Rifle Match, 1" Polar Biathlon, 0.85" Eley Match Biathlon. Curious to see how SK Long Range Match will do... Trying to find the best ~13-15c round.
I have 500 rounds of SK Long Range match coming soon.
If your testing finds a batch of some ammo that your rifle really likes-- how do you get more of that batch? Or can you? Unless maybe buying from a local store?
I had a few boxes of SK Std+ that I ordered a few months ago that shot great in my gun. Immediately ordered more hoping for the same batch, but nope, got a different batch that only shoots average at best.
