Haven't used my Dillon 650 in forever; make sure I still remember this right

Have been doing a metric ton of shooting using either factory match ammo, factory training ammo and loads off of my single stages. I left my Dillon 650 most of the way set up to do bulk 223/5.56 but wanted to get it going again to pound out specific 5.56 hunting rounds.

I know some of you are Dillon 550/650 geniuses, so make sure I didn't forget something:

    Prep Toolhead

    - Throw brass in tumbler to knock off dirt
    - Lube brass
    - Station 1 empty
    - Station 2 Lee Universal decapper (I use #2 because in the 650, I don't always have the brass wanting to stay all the way centered in Station #1 as it doesn't have a brass pin and then rams into the bottom rim of the decapper). Also prime the case on the downswing.
    - Station 3 empty
    - Station 4 Dillon 223 FL trim die/Dillon trimmer set to appropriate shoulder bump and trim length
    - Station 5 empty

    - Tumble brass to get lube off

    Loading Toolhead

    - Station 1 Redding Type S neck die with appropriate bushing but no primer rod
    - Station 2 Powder funnel
    - Station 3 Bulletfeeder bullet dropper
    - Station 4 Bullet seater
    - Station 5 Factory crimp

    Am I missing anything?

So your priming in the brass prep stage?

This is how I do it if it matters

    Stainless tumble for 2 hours
    Lube brass

    Prep tool head:
    Station one deprimer/resizer
    Station two empty
    Station 3 empty
    Station four Dillion trimmer
    Station 5 empty

Wet tumble brass for another 2 hours.

    Load tool head
    Station one empty
Station two prime and drop powder
    Station 3 powder check
    Station 4 Bullet seater
    Station 5 crimper

Basically we do the same thing except I use stainless media and I install a swager instead of the primer system when brass prepping. I know I know press swager voids warranty from Dillon blah blah. (They are just upset they didn't make a press mounted solution)

I would clean after the brass prep stage and prime during the loading stage but your process looks good.

Yeah I forgot where I usually prime. When thinking about it I forgot how the 650 indexes so thought I had to before it got the the power stage, but instead, the case getting put into the powder stage actually gets the primer first by the order of how it indexes. Already switched it to priming on the loading side.

Station one on the brass prep tool head. It's a Dillon deprimer/resizer die.

But you say your using the Dillon trimmer in Station 4....If you're referring to a RT1500 with a Dillon trim die that also sizes the case like a FL sizing die with the expander removed which creates way too much neck tension for loading. You need to use either a FL die with expander installed after or a mandrel like I do to set proper neck tension.
