I'm sure it's a stupid question. Specially since I reload my own ammo. But after listening to Frank's podcast number 68 I think. I decided to take a look at an old box and see if them numbers exists. Well I'm lost and not even sure how to compute these numbers?

I went on the website and found it.

Most App Libraries or even Midway USA will give you the information

I use JBM all the time, go into their library, pull the bullet or load you are using and then just look at the number they give. In many cases, it will say, "LITZ" for G7 or include the G1 Number by default

JBM is a good no-frills or flourishes app that does not add in the other variables it cannot accurately calculate. JBM also has a very good Bullet Length directory which is often a missing element
