1 - 14oz jar experal pressed coconut oil , warmed just enought o melt it to liquid , hot water is all thats needed.
in a large measuring cup add the oil , 3 table spoons Hershys unsweetened coco powder , 2 tablespoons powdered Stevia (splenda will not work) wisk together and taste add stevia as needed to suit taste.
in one of those muffin pans to make the little muffins pour the oil into them about 1/2 way full and stick in the freezer for at least 30 min take them out and they pop right out , this will give you about a 10-12g serving of good MCT fats. this recipe generaly makes about 30 or so little pieces. unless your keep you house cold i suggest keeping them in the fridge
