Hey guys!
My name is Corey and I am currently trying to educate myself in long range shooting and rifle building. Since firearms have always been a hobby of mine; i've decided to take a step forward and learn as much as I can while expounding on my current knowledge. I am also active duty military as a Security Forces K9 Handler (Police K9) so, while the skills I learn wont directly impact my job, they give me the diversity to be able to be multifaceted. I am really excited to be here to research, learn, and contribute.
Currently, I only own my S&W M&P 9mm. I had to sell my AR and several other guns (and AMMO!!!) to help pay for car repairs. This was well over a year ago and have since recovered from that financial fiasco. I plan on building a Remington 700 to gauge my interest and then go further from there. I currently have my heart set on a .308 Remington action, heavy contour barrel, AICS 2.0, and an entry level Leupold Mark 4. This is all but a dream at the moment and things change over time...
