I've lurked on here for long enough (google searches often take me to this forum for answer) so Ive joined up.
I got into guns around 5 years ago and its been great. To begin with it was just plinking but I got the urge to compete (Ive competed in a ton of sports over the years and enjoyed it). I'm blessed that my club has combat shogun and service rifle competitions so I started with those. At the start of 2019 I did my black badge and got into 3 Gun and IPSC (USPSA).
Now I am looking at getting into long range competition. I have a Ruger Precision that I have shot quite a lot (good starter rifle and is probably ready for a new barrel now), I did some F Class in the summer and would like to do some more as well as PRS.
I just picked up a MDT ACC on the Black Friday sale so this will become my long range competition rig. Hoping I can do F Class and PRS with it but I haven't looked at the rules deep enough to see if that is feasible. Still trying to work out what action / caliber etc. Anyways there seems to be tons of info here and I will reach out with any questions!
