Hello all from central FL. I'm 30 and I've been shooting for years, but just getting into precision shooting. I lurked here for a while and a couple of months ago just picked up my first match grade setup in a Knights' LPR.
I'm currently running it with an ACOG 4x TA-31F with an RMR that I had laying around due to not having the funds to get a proper scope for it, but I plan on adding a Bushnell HDMR H59 in a Larue mount at some point within the year and running an offset RMR or T-1.
I haven't had a chance to take it to the local range that stretches out to around 300 yds yet but I've got 100 rds of FGMM 77gr SMKs and 250rds of BH Mk262 Mod 1 on the way.
I've also got a Remington 700 SPS Stainless in 300WM that is more of a hunting rifle right now but that I plan to eventually build out with a heavy barrel, trued action, and a chassis system but that will have to stay as is right now. It will share the HDMR.
I haven't had any formal training so I certainly welcome any input or experiences from anyone else. I look forward to future discourses!
