I have spent the first 40 years of my shooting hobby collecting and shooting pre WW 1 through late 1940s military rifles, pistols and machine guns. Until 2 years ago I only owned 4 "modern" firearms. Never shot using a scope except for the occasional shot when out at the range with a friends rifle. Two years ago got the bug for long range shooting. Sold off a fair amount of my collection and the race has been on. I now shoot 1000+ yard steel targets. It is as much fun as shooting 600 yard iron sights. So I am here to learn more.
