Good morning, I'm a local cop and 19-D from a Cav Squadron in the PA Guard. Looking to get into long range shooting in my area. This forum was recommended by a member on a another forum I belong to and I'm excited to to learn.

Check out the DMR/RECCE series in the competition section. They are both striking distance for you.

It's a great way to get introduced to the sport and a chance to see a lot of the rifles and gear at work before you decide what to buy.

Even if you're not shooting and just want to check it out. Although I might try and put ya to work. ;-)

First Troop, Philadelphia City Cavalry, what some like to call "The Main Line Mummers." They're technically a unit of the PAANG, but also very selective about membership.

Ah, yes. They're referred to as First City by the rest of the Squadron. I'm part of Blackjack Troop, the other Philly based Cav Troop.
