Ok so I read through the proof barrels thread and the general consensus seems they are the bees knees. I was talking to a guy at the range who seemed to be knowledgeable about different barrels and he suggested Hells Canyon as an alternative. Problem is I can’t find much on their barrels. Looks like most people have been pleased with their rifles but I can’t find much on just their CF barrels or what people have seen for accuracy and consistency. They seem to be priced about the same as a Proof although turnaround time is better since they have what I’m looking for in stock. I called and talked with the owner who was very responsive to my questions. I’m guessing somebody here has shot them, just trying to decide which to go with at this point.
