Re: Help finding NV mount.
Other night vision scopes by Yukon show a mounting system with two, threaded holes in the scope body that can be bolted onto a head mount or rail grabber type weapons mount.
Your best bet is to call the manufacturer or a mfg. representative and ask if the weapons mount that is standard to the other Yukon models with work with yours.
Otherwise, you may have do some customizing and improvising on the mount where you take a picatinny mount (such as the SWAN #17 tri-lock) and have a local machine shop mill, tap and thread an intermediate piece that can bolt onto the picatinny mount on its bottom side and bolt onto your Yukon scope body on its top side. It sounds more complicated than it really is. If you use a SWAN riser block as the basis for the intermediate interface piece, you're already more than 1/2 the way to your final solution (and only need to find someone with the shop skills to drill and thread the top face to fit the mounting holes on your Yukon scope).
If the SWAN mounts are not compatible with the rails on your rifle, then LaRue has a number of quality alternatives.
