Help finding this part for my mailman’s car

Ford Taurus Wagon 2004 ‘Smart Junction Box’

My mailman’s car has been in the shop for a few months because the dealer hasn’t been any help in locating the part needed, a smart junction box. Apparently this part has been discontinued and I haven’t been able to find it online.

This. Best source out there for parts. As common of a vehicle as Taurus’ are it shouldn’t be hard to find one at a local junk yard.

Also educate him on taking your vehicle to stealerships for maintenance and repairs. Other than warranty work find a reputable local shop to take it to. Dealer service departments are full of scam artists, most of them commit fraud on a daily basis.
