Help Identifying old Barrel Beretta BM59 or m1 possibly?

I have been searching for ages to identify this barrel. It would seem like it has Beretta/Italian markings. It doesn't look like a bm59 barrel or a Garand barrel exactly, so I really don't know what it is. Any thoughts? Thank you so much for the assist!

Take this over to Vintage, they will know. Looks like a BM59 to me but I'm no expert on them. "PB" is Beretta.
