Rifle Scopes Help with scope rings?

I have seen on here several times a guy that is making scope rings. they are squarish, caps are cut for screws at 10:30 and 4:30 rather that the traditional 3 and 9 o'clock. They have an intergral bubble level, reference line on top of the cap for indexing elevation turret. They are VERY clean looking. I have tried to find them for the last couple of days with no luck, I think the guys name was shul or something like that.

Any help?
