The pen is mightier than the sword in this instance and I'm sure the trooper got a good laugh at the expense of that motorist.

That Trooper was actually fired over this incident. Turned out he had several complaints against him & he basically harassed this same driver multiple times & was very rude & antagonistic toward him during the traffic stop & got the driver all fired up....

Then he erased the first part & proudly showed off the remainder of the stop to his boss & co-workers to prove how "patient" he is with crazy people.....it all came out in the Internal Affairs investigation.

Atleast....this is how it was explained to me in a training class.....
