Ill save the long story and just say after a month went by I could still hardly move. I dont have insurance so I went with a sports chiropractor to no help. So 2 weeks ago paid 400 cash and got an MRI. L3 L4 L5 S1 where all 5mm bulge. At this point the Sciatica is the real problem. Anyone had this issue?
Thanks for the ear and any response. </div></div>
dude let it heal... it takes lots of time/patience but the disc will heal... i had one herniated disc, one ruptured disc and broken cartilage in between the vertebrate, played through 3 college sports like this... worst pain i've ever had, wouldn't wish it on anyone... i would wake up @ 2am to take a piss, literally have to roll out of bed do a push up to get up, and wizz like a chick cause i couldn't stand and push it out without buckling to the knees, sneezing, bending over, everything for 3yrs was no good, my whole left foot was limp during sprints, the doc said it was a combo of the bulging & ruptured disc's fluid along the sciatic, but i dealt with it, and it sucked, and its hard to believe and stupid to many but i lifted heavy throughout the whole injury, the cortisone worked wonders on me, give it a shot IMHO... don't ask the doc to see the needle cause he aint gonna show you till after its over. after the injury, i was "bigger, stronger and faster" than i ever was, my squat was over 700, NOW my squat is around 6 and my back is bigger, better, and stronger than it ever would have been being cut on... the doc said i would "never" squat again, but docs aint always right.
