Spent a week near Williamsport last year and met some very nice conservative people who are fighting the same thing Illinois is fighting in my opinion; In Illinois it's Chicago and in CA it's LA, San Fran, and San Diego. Get rid of those cities and a few others and the views change. JMHO though.

we could look up effected "disaster zone" counties and see how they voted.
