Checking in from Washington State. You have a very informative forum, I am happy to now be a member. I have shot since I was a boy, many, many moons ago. Served Uncle Sam for some time and in so doing was damaged enough for the VA to declare me 50% disabled. Doesn't stop me from shooting, although God knows I am not as agile as I once was. Regardless, the vast majority of my experience was with AR/AK platforms. Very limited experience with precision weapons. To date myself a bit, when I was in the M-21 was the XM-21.
Currently, I am trying to improve my shooting fundamentals using my scoped 10/22 so that I can do justice to the Remington 700 LTR (no optics on it when I purchased it) I recently purchased. I have a couple of local, very experienced friends who were DOD snipers who give me tips and keep me humble.
