I am new here and this is my first post so I will just be straight forward.
I've been shooting recreation-ally for over twenty years over here in NJ (Go ahead and laugh now). While our gun laws are pretty damn tightened I do OK for myself and have a nice collection of rifles and a few pistols and revolvers with hand carved wood grips from an old dude who was the coolest neighbor I ever had.
I've decided to move from an AR platform to the Bushmaster ACR and I don't regret it. The only drawback I've really found is the extra weight but I otherwise love it and I mostly bench shoot, I just hope they come out with some kits for it soon.
I did a lot of research and after finally settling on a Burris AR-536 scope (Which is on back order for at least three to four weeks. BTW) I didn't want to wait that long and I eventually discovered this page and I even found what I needed on the spot.
In short, Victory all around. I have discovered a great new source of information and resources and I look forward to sticking around and popping my head in from time to time and helping when I can and meet a new friend or two. It looks like you have a pretty nice set up going on here.
- Cheers.
