Bnib. Unfired by me, but surely at factory. Have only finger popped it a hand full of times and lubricated it.

Comes with everything you see. Hard case, extra O-RING, etc..

Did you use the rear site on a hard surface toto rack the slide? It looks like its all scratched up in that area

Not at all. There's nothing wrong with it. I didn't toto rack slide. Looks like lubricant.

think the foam absorbed some lube from when I first got it and put it away.
