Excellent condition (round count 150-200) MR223a3 HK upper receiver.
This is as close as we'll probably get to a factory 416 A5 upper in the US.

This upper has been around 3/4 MOA in my hands with match Fed GMM 77gr and I'm a mediocre gas-gun shooter at best.
