Suppressors HK USP CT .45/AAC Tyrant sight issues...

Ive got a HK USP CT .45 with a AAC Tyrant on it and while it definitely hollywood silent, i cant aim because i dont have elevated sights and i cant find anywhere that sells elevated sights. Anyone know something i dont?
