Like new test fitted with accessories. However this has a slight modification to the rail. I had my 416 upper mated to an LMT lower and the rail was slightly too thick to close down all the way. So I had material shaved off for it to sit flush. This was done professionally and cleanly. Please see pics. It is barely noticeable.
Aside from that it is practically new and comes with all factory accessory rails from Remington.
