"SHTF Carbine"- What you don't know... will likely get you killed!
We developed this class after seeing a drastic need for better weapons manipulations skills with folks coming to our NV classes. Just having the gear but no training is NOT the way to prepare for bad times. Most people are way too overconfident in their gun handling skills, including those that have attended professional training.
"SHTF Carbine" is a three day class focusing on weapons manipulation skills employing the rifle from 0 to 400 yards. You will use the rifle close in as well as at distance. You will learn to detect and engage targets at closer ranges as well as distance through a variety of exercises. You will learn efficient movement with the rifle, how to transition to pistol, ambidextrous shooting, as well as shooting off the ground and lower platforms. Practical exercises will include spot and shoot exercises detecting and engaging small camouflaged targets from 50 to 400 yards from "the perch" as well as walking jungle lanes finding and engaging small camouflaged targets at varying distances. Friday night will include a short night shoot that you do NOT have to have NV for.
If you really want to learn to utilize your rifle/carbine in a bad situation, this class is for you.
