I picked up a H&K P30L LEM V1S today and now need to get a holster. Anyone have a recommendation for a holster (small of back) for the P30L?

Good luck, man. My competition rig was a Blade Tech built for P30L. I found that my Comp Tac IWB concealment holster that was molded for the P2000 would fit the slide and frame/trigger guard just fine, but I had to heat up the bottom of the holster to open it up and let the longer barrel stick out a bit. I found a Galco Concealable Holster that is listed as a fit for the P30, as well as the Springfield XD. It fit real good, just poked out of the bottom, but not too much-they are cut a little long. That was about IT. I'd try a local custom holster maker, if I were you.
