Horizontal stringing....but from only one type of ammo?

So this is starting to get strange...

77gr IMI Razorcore. I've shot this stuff out of 4 or 5 different guns now. Always between 1.5-0.8 MOA. However, I'm getting nearly similar horizontal stringing ONLY when shooting this ammo. Doesn't matter if it's bipod/pack/tripod. Doesn't matter the gun. All the groups have a horizontal stringing element.

I'm aware that traditionally, horizontal stringing/groups is a sign of issues with fundamentals, but this is not the case when I run OTHER ammo.
