Not to speak for him, but, I'm building a 7-08 on a long action so I can seat the high bc bullets long and use the extra case capacity. </div></div>

Didn't spend a whole lot of time at the range yesterday as it was rather crowded but after using exactly 3 rounds to get the USO zero'ed I shot this 10 shot group at 100 yds. I shot it seated at a concrete bench off the bipod / rear bag combo.
It was shot with the Black Hills Gold 260 rem 139 scenar custom load for GA Precision. I dont know if handloading will be necessary but I have 20 fire formed cases to play with. BTW that ammo is on the ragged edge of hot. Every primer was flat no other pressure signs but it shoots really nice in this stick. I actually only intended to shoot a 5 shot group and move to 200 but there were so many folks out there that moving the target was more of a waiting game so I had my fun and put her away.
Thanks for the compliments guys but she will have to stay under my tree for now. I was embarrased to photo the bottom of the tree for the lack of presents. I cant afford presents now so the grinch really did steal christmas. LOL
