How centered/aligned does a suppressor need to be?

This is my AAC 762 SDN 6 with a surefire alignment rod after ECCO converted it to mount on an ASR mount.

More clearance on one side than the other, but nothing touching.

Is this good?

Yeah I've never measured any of mine either and the only time I've had any kind of strike was my first form 1 can where the end cap just wasn't drilled with enough clearance. Once it had the correct hole in it, never again.
