How do we start a petition at the White House to instruct the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice to sue VA, CA, IL, et al, for civil rights violations relative to encroaching or just outright trashing rights protected by the Second Amendment?

I think we need to re-frame this argument away from "gun rights," whatever that means, to "civil rights."

While others were calling into question the choice of MLK day to march on the VA capital, I thought MLK day was the MOST appropriate day to march for civil liberties.

There is recourse, but no one wants to charge these folks with this statute because it will set a precedent that terrifies the statists.
It provides for punishment up to life inprisonment or the death penalty.
